Terms of Use

Last updated 8 September 2026 · Jahan Interactive Pty Ltd (Australia)

In short. ScriptTracker is free for up to three active medications, with every feature. Unlimited medications and family profiles are a subscription billed by Apple, with the first 30 days free. Cancel any time in your Apple subscriptions; cancel within the free 30 days and you pay nothing. Your records are always yours to read and export. ScriptTracker is a personal organisation tool, not medical advice.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Jahan Interactive Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), the developer of ScriptTracker, and cover your use of the ScriptTracker iPhone app and this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them. They replace Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement for ScriptTracker; where these terms are silent, Apple's minimum terms for apps distributed through the App Store apply (§11).

2. What ScriptTracker is, and is not

ScriptTracker keeps your scripts, repeats and pill counts together, estimates when a medicine may run low from the stock and dose you enter, and guides a dosette box fill. Every figure it shows is an estimate based on what you told it. It is not a medical device and gives no dosing, clinical or medication advice. Always confirm medication questions with your pharmacist or GP, and never change how you take a medicine because of something the app shows.

3. The free tier

You can use ScriptTracker free of charge for up to three active medications at a time, with every feature included, for as long as you like. Archived and ceased medications do not count towards the three. There is no time limit, no card required and nothing to cancel.

4. Subscriptions

Tracking more than three active medications at once, and profiles for other people, require a ScriptTracker subscription. Two plans are offered, priced in Australian dollars and shown in the app before you buy:

The current price is always the one shown by the App Store at the time you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

5. The free 30 days

Your first subscription to ScriptTracker starts with 30 days free (an App Store introductory offer, available once per Apple Account). You are not charged during those 30 days. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before they end, the subscription converts to the paid plan you chose and is charged to your Apple Account. Apple, not us, runs the introductory offer and determines eligibility.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel the subscription in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel it. After cancelling you keep the subscription until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. When a subscription ends

The app returns to free terms. Nothing you entered is deleted and everything stays readable and exportable. If you still have more than three active medications, adding scripts, recording pick-ups, reorder reminders and widgets pause until you archive down to three or subscribe again; script-expiry, exhausted-repeat, discard-soon and owing reminders keep arriving. If Apple cannot collect a renewal, you keep access for a short grace period while it retries.

8. Offer codes

We may issue offer codes (for example to beta testers) redeemable in the app. A code grants the subscription it names for the period it names, is single-use, and cannot be exchanged for money. When the code's period ends the subscription renews at the standard price unless cancelled, as in §6.

9. Your data

Your records stay on your device, and in your own iCloud if you turn sync on. How the app handles information is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and, when tracking for someone else, for having their agreement.

10. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ScriptTracker on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the app, or use it to break any law. ScriptTracker, its name, design and code are ours; the medication information you enter is yours.

11. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app or its content. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app, for maintaining and supporting it, for any product warranty and for any claims relating to it, including product liability, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Any third-party terms in the app must also be complied with.

12. Warranty and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond those, the app is provided as is. Because every figure in ScriptTracker depends on what you enter, we are not liable for any loss arising from acting on an estimate, a reminder that did not arrive, a date that went out of date, or information you entered incorrectly. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes

We may update the app, its prices or these terms. Price changes to an existing subscription are notified by Apple in advance and never take effect without your consent where the law requires it. Changes to these terms are published on this page with a new date; continuing to use the app after that is acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions go to info at jahan-interactive.com.au; we aim to reply within 7 days.

Not medical advice. ScriptTracker is a personal organisation tool. It does not provide dosing, clinical or medication advice. Always confirm medication questions with your pharmacist or GP.
